Rocor Beverages began providing beverage services to local bar and restaurant clients in 2011. Over the years, we have expanded our client base to include industrial and commercial clients. In December 2017, we purchased DP Industrial, one of Central Illinois leading companies in chemical solutions, floor finishing equipment and supplies. Because of this and our amazing staff, many of our original clients are still with us, due to the responsive, honest and personalized way that we conduct our business. Job brief

WE ARE GROWING!!  We are currently looking at add 2 additional outside field sales representative, to aid developing new clients to our growing list of happy customers. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. We are a fast paced work environment, growing over 300% in 2 years, and now covering 26 counties. We are looking for long term team members that are self driven and dedicated!

This job is salary plus commission and a company car will be provided.

Responsibilities

"Get the sale" using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.)

Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness

Evaluate customer's skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships

Meet personal and team sales targets

Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments

Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data

Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
